Amenities
Fibre, booths, bikes and a roof terrace
Everything below is in the monthly price. We do not sell add-ons, and the only thing you will ever be invoiced for on top is a meeting room.
10
Phone booths, no booking
3
Meeting rooms by the hour
Virtual tour
Walk the floor without leaving your desk
The 360° walkthrough is being photographed this month. Until it lands, the real thing takes twenty minutes and comes with coffee.
Meeting rooms
Three rooms,
booked by the hour,
never oversold
Members book from the app up to four weeks out. Non-members can book too, at the higher rate, if the room is free.
Ninety-one people work at Loft Nine
Eleven teams, and a lot of one-person ones.
Everything included
The whole list, not the highlights
Fifteen things. If something you need is missing, ask on the tour — several of these started as a member's request.
Gigabit fibre on two independent lines
A wired socket at every dedicated desk
Ten soundproof phone booths, no booking
Three meeting rooms with screens and whiteboards
Lockers on every floor
Kitchen with a proper espresso machine
Oat, soya and cow milk, all free
Roof terrace, April to October
Events space for sixty after six
Colour printing and a scanner that works
Secure bike store for forty bikes
Two showers with towels provided
Post and parcels signed for six days a week
Step-free access and an accessible WC
Dogs welcome on Tuesdays and Thursdays
House rules
Four things worth knowing before you come
Short list, and we keep to it. It is why the floor stays quiet enough to think on.
Calls
Take it to a booth
Anything longer than a minute happens in a booth or a room. Ten booths means you never have to wait.
Guests
Two a day, free
Sign them in at the desk. After two, or for a full day at a desk, it is the £24 day rate.
Hours
Staffed 8 till 6
Someone is on the front desk every weekday. Desk and office members get a fob for the other hours.
Dogs
Tuesday and Thursday
Ground floor only, and let us know first. Two members are allergic and we work around them.

What the members say
Ninety-one people work here. These five agreed to be quoted.

I moved off my kitchen table in January and my working day got two hours longer and a lot calmer. The booths are the thing — I can take a client call without warning anyone.

We took a four-desk office upstairs after eight months on dedicated desks. Same building, same coffee, same people at lunch — we just shut a door now.

The wired connection at my desk is the unglamorous reason I stay. I push big files all day and I have never once blamed the wifi.

I came for a day pass, booked a meeting room that afternoon and signed up on the Friday. Nobody chased me once.

Thursday lunch is where I have picked up three pieces of work. That is not a perk, it is the whole reason I pay monthly rather than daily.

Tours
Come and see it. Tours run Tuesday to Thursday
Twenty minutes, no sales patter. You see the floor you would sit on, meet whoever is in, and leave with a price in writing.
